1. Free Shipping to Major Australian Cities
Breezy Furniture offers free basic delivery to major cities across Australia. Basic delivery includes transportation to your doorstep (ground floor only) and does not include unpacking or moving items upstairs.
2. Delivery Areas
Free shipping applies to major cities and metropolitan areas. For regional, remote, or rural addresses, additional charges and longer delivery times may apply. Please contact us if you have questions about your location.
3. White Glove & Special Services
If you require white glove delivery (such as unpacking, room placement, assembly, or removal of packaging), or have other special delivery requirements, please contact us at orders@breezyfurniture.com.au for a custom quote.
4. Order Processing, Shipping, and Pick-Up

In-stock items: Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. In-stock products can be prepared for pick-up within 6 hours of order confirmation.

Pre-order or out-of-stock items: We will notify you as soon as your order is ready, and ship your items immediately once available.

5. Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions or need assistance with tracking, please contact us at orders@breezyfurniture.com.au.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We process and dispatch orders quickly, but if you believe you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at orders@breezyfurniture.com.au. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been dispatched.
7. Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Acceptance of Delivery
All orders require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise authorised by the customer. If you are not available to accept delivery, please provide instructions or authorisation for unattended delivery. Breezy Furniture is not responsible for loss or damage after unattended delivery.
9. Force Majeure
Breezy Furniture is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or courier disruptions.
