Warranty Policy

WARRANTY

Breezy Furniture (Australian Company Number (ABN) 91637803975) trading as Breezy Furniture and/or its authorised agents (“we” or “us” or “our”) provides this warranty for its products that have been purchased in Australia (“Warranty”). The benefits provided in this Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, and any other laws in relation to the products to which this Warranty relates. This Warranty is subject to the Australian Competition and Consumer Act. The Warranty period commences on the date of receipt of the goods.

 

Warranty Duration:
All products purchased from Breezy Furniture come with a 24-month limited warranty unless otherwise specified on the product page.

 

Warranty Coverage:
This Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. This Warranty is not transferable and any subsequent purchaser buys the product ‘as is’, without the protection of the Warranty.

The Warranty does not cover products used for commercial purposes.

In addition, this warranty will not apply if:

a) Repairs to a product are made or attempted by a service provider other than one approved by Breezy Furniture.

b) Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, dropped, crushed, impacted with any hard surface or improper installation

c) The product is tampered with in any way.

d) Products that have not been maintained according to the Furniture Care Instructions provided with the item.

e) Damage caused by natural disasters or extreme weather conditions.

f) Any costs associated with transporting the product to and from Breezy Furniture or any of its authorised service centres.

g) The product has not been purchased directly from Breezy Furniture.

 

Consumer Guarantees
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods not amount to a major failure. To the extent that they are compatible with the consumer laws in Australia, the exclusions and provisos that apply to the Breezy Furniture Warranty apply to the consumer guarantees.

 

How to claim the warranty:
To make a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our customer service team via orders@breezyfurniture.com.au
  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue, purchase date, and order number.
  3. Our team may request photographs or other documents to understand the problem better.
  4. Once the claim is approved, we will guide you through the repair or replacement process.

 

 

 

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this warranty shall be dealt with as per the jurisdiction and laws of Victoria, Australia.
